December 1999 A late afternoon stroll from Ribblehead to Blea moor
on a brilliantly clear but bitterly cold winter's day. At this time of
year the sunset is perfectly aligned with the Chapel-le-Dale valley, creating
the most amazing shadow effects as you look down at the sunset. This is
the early evening sky seen through the Ribblehead viaduct.
