June 2000 Little Langdale, on the track to Greenburn Valley, is the
place for classic views of the Langdale Pikes. So far this year I've not
been on a perfectly clear day, but this evening picture, with the soft
outline of the very rugged pikes, gives you an idea of just how beautiful
the area is.
