April 2000 Walking from Skelwith Bridge to Elterwater and from there
to Grasmere, this is the view as you come over the crest of the pass below
Dow Bank. Although a fairly busy day in the Langdale Valley this part of
the walk was quiet. The photo shows Grasmere with Dunmail Raise behind,
Helm Crag (the Lion and the Lamb) on the left, and the Helvellyn range
on the right.
