| One
of the loneliest stretches of the Settle to Carlisle Railway is across
Blea Moor, just north of the famous Ribblehead Viaduct. The isolation of
the signal box is worse than it looks (apart from the many passing Pennine
Way walkers and Whernside climbers) as the neighbouring house is currently
empty!
