We have been supplying by mail order since 1992, and on-line since 2001. 

With our PAYPAL pricing system postage (UK 1st class and Airmail for non-UK) is charged on a value basis (except for e-mail items and some items with fixed shipping charges) starting at £1 for values up to £20 and reaching £4.50 for values above £175. mp3 tracks and photos are sent by e-mail and there is no postage charge.

Orders are normally despatched within 24 hrs of receipt of your order, and virtually always within 14 days. 

For phone, fax, and surface mail orders we can arrange carrier/courier/special delivery for which there is normally an extra charge depending on the type of delivery, the destination, and the weight or value of the order. You will be advised of this charge before you confirm your order.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it  in good condition together with your receipt within 14 days (28 days for non-UK delivery addresses) of the receipt date and we will refund your payment in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
