FINDING
PHOTOS: We have grouped the photos into Themes (England, Countryside,
Sea etc.) and there are four types of index to help you find the photos
you want:
| Thumbnails - Alphabetical | Thumbnail (tiny) versions of all the photos in alphabetical order by title. |
| Thumbnails - Themes | Thumbnail (tiny) versions of all the photos in the theme, plus a page of related photos. |
| Hyperindex - Alphabetical | This is a comprehensive alphabetical index of links to every photo.in the library. It is cross-referenced (e.g. "Above Kingsdale" and "Kingsdale, Above") to give you every chance of finding what you want. |
| Hyperindex - Themes | This is an index of links to all the photos in and related to each theme. |
| Photo Code Index | A complete index of all the photos in the library sorted by photo code |
You should see links to these indexes on the left. If not, click on Photo Library.
When you view a photo you
will normally see "back" and "next" buttons in the top right-hand corner,
much like the one above which, in this case, takes you back to the
library home page. Clicking on these lets you browse through every photo
in the theme.
