We supply photos as high quality JPEGs (jpg) by e-mail. File sizes are typically between 1 and 2 Mb. So, even with a normal phone line, you should not have to wait for more than about 10 minutes for your image to download.

Make a note of the code (e.g. AN13) of the photo you require before going to the on-line shop. We normally send you your image within 24 hours of receipt of your order - usually faster, rarely longer. If we are unable to supply within 48 hours we will send you a second picture of your choice ABSOLUTELY FREE!
